The fastest way to reach us is by email at support@mepeter.com. We usually reply within 2–3 business days. Please include the app name, your device model, and a short description of the issue so we can help you faster.
Reporting a bug
When reporting a bug, it helps to include:
- the app name and version;
- your device model and operating system version;
- what you were doing when the problem happened;
- a screenshot or screen recording, if possible.
Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds
Purchases made inside the apps are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). To manage or cancel a subscription, use your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds for those are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies — we cannot issue them directly, but we can point you in the right direction if you get stuck. Donations made on this website are covered by the refund policy in our Terms of Service.
