License to use the Services

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services except where the law permits.

In-app purchases and subscriptions

Some Services offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. Purchases made inside the apps are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds for those purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their respective refund policies — we cannot issue refunds directly.

Donations

You can voluntarily support this work from the support page on this website. Donations are processed by Cashfree Payments. A donation buys nothing: it unlocks no features, removes no ads, and creates no obligation on our part. The apps remain exactly the same whether you give or not.

Donations are made to an individual, not to a registered charitable institution, and are not eligible for any income-tax deduction.

Refunds and cancellation. A donation can be refunded in full within 7 days. Email support@mepeter.com with the date and amount and we will return it to the original payment method, no questions asked. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear. There is nothing to cancel — donations are one-time and there is no recurring or subscription option.

Acceptable use

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• break any applicable law or regulation;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their infrastructure;
• use the Services to harm, harass, or defraud others;
• scrape, resell, or misuse content from the Services beyond normal personal use.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it, and forms part of these Terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue a Service. On termination, the licenses granted to you under these Terms end.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
