Our Church India
A charity initiative that builds free websites for churches in India. A church picks from 100 templates, and a volunteer team designs, builds and hosts the site on a free subdomain.
Highlights
100 free templates
A gallery of 100 church designs, each opening as a full demo site with desktop, laptop and mobile views, customised to the church's colours and fonts.
Volunteer design and build
A volunteer team gathers the church's content, photos and preferences, then designs, builds and delivers the finished site.
Free subdomain
Every church site goes live on its own subdomain, like yourchurch.ourchurch.in, at no cost.
Mobile-friendly, hosted and secured
The free tier covers a mobile-friendly site, an SSL certificate, hosting and basic ongoing support.
Three steps to live
Register in under five minutes, the team replies within two to three business days to collect content, then the site goes live.
Custom domain on Premium
Churches that want their own domain can move to the Premium tier — domain setup, priority support and content updates — priced on request.
About
India is home to tens of thousands of churches, from small village congregations to large city ministries, and the vast majority have no online presence. Our Church India exists to close that gap: it is run by a four-person volunteer team rather than as a business, with no investors, on the conviction that a small rural church deserves the same online presence as a large urban congregation. A church fills in a short form, the team makes contact within two to three business days to gather content, photos and preferences, and the finished site goes live on a free subdomain like yourchurch.ourchurch.in. Churches pick from a gallery of 100 templates, each of which opens as a full demo site, and the team customises the chosen one to their colours and fonts. The free tier covers a mobile-friendly site, SSL, hosting and basic ongoing support, with a custom domain on the Premium tier, priced on request. Registration is open to genuine, active churches in India, prioritised by the team's capacity.
